The Used Recycled Clothing we sell is Selected, Graded and Packed by Humans and Not Machines (hand graded, one piece at a time). Because Humans are NOT perfect and we as Humans make mistakes, our Used Clothing, either Diamante Qualty, or any other lesser quality, has up to 10% of Human Error, up to 10 pieces for every 100 pieces with Small Hole and or Damage, that was missed by the personal that graded the clothing (for Grade A, AA or AAA) in the Winter Clothing A+B the Human Error is Higher.

The actual Human Error Factor is less than a 6%

We are one of the FEW in this business, the USED CLOTHING BUSINESS, that talks or confirm this fact, the fact that Used Clothing business it is NOT a perfect business and their are Human Errors at the time of Grading and Packing. We hope that you understand our honesty and sincerety.

In the event of dispute concerning any transaction, the exclusive jurisdiction for such dispute shall be only in the Miami-Dade County or Circuit Courts and the laws of the State of Florida shall apply.  The prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to receive it’s reasonable attorney’s fees & all costs from the non-prevailing party.
